قُل إِنَّما أُنذِرُكُم بِالوَحيِ ۚ وَلا يَسمَعُ الصُّمُّ الدُّعاءَ إِذا ما يُنذَرونَ

Say, “I only warn you by revelation.” However, the deaf won’t hear the call when they are warned.
