بَديعُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ وَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُ
The Originator of the heavens and the earth; when He decrees a matter, He only says to it: ‘Be,’ and it is.
