بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمـٰنِ الرَّحيمِ أَرَأَيتَ الَّذي يُكَذِّبُ بِالدّينِ

Didn’t you see the one who denies the religion?

فَذٰلِكَ الَّذي يَدُعُّ اليَتيمَ

It is he who repulses the orphan.

وَلا يَحُضُّ عَلىٰ طَعامِ المِسكينِ

And doesn’t encourage the feeding of the needy.

فَوَيلٌ لِلمُصَلّينَ

So woe to those who pray.

الَّذينَ هُم عَن صَلاتِهِم ساهونَ

Those who are unmindful in their prayers.

الَّذينَ هُم يُراءونَ

Those who make a show.

وَيَمنَعونَ الماعونَ

And withhold assistance.
